Day 41-Maya & Tara

AND HERE THEY ARE, my servant girl with the face of a queen (Maya) and the queen herself who's no better than a slave (Tara). They are coming home very, very soon, thanks to Sumayai who has done it again, and again.

Now that Sumaiya has a blog devoted to her dolls, you must visit them and gasped just as I do every time, at their beauty and her artistry.

If you have been following my journal, (Day 3) you will have known that Maya and Tara are the stars of My Maharajah's Palace together with Jai Kumar and Prince Raj Singh. They are the core and pith of My Maharajah's Palace, the reason for its being. Everything revolves around them and of course I will want only the best for them and for me.

I am glad I found you, Sumaiya. Thank you, thank you, thank you and thank you and for the rest of this post, here are more of my girls in their various poses:

Good night, and they will see you soon.

San, how shamefull of me!!! I realized only today that you have given me the Sisterwood award. Thank you so much! It might seem weird but it means a lot to me. Sooner or later I'll translate my profile and you'll understand better why. I'll only tell you that I live in a family of men. I adore them but I miss very much the feminine touch since my beloved Mum passed by. The sense of fellowship I found in the blogsphere is unvaluable to me.Thank you again. Rosanna

Eva, yes, indeed! I am a huge fan of Sumaiya and will keep an eye out for her new dolls.

Hertta , Thank you :), thank you :). Your "WOW!" makes me very happy :)

Jayne, yes, I am indeed so lucky. Life is gooood.

Rosanna, I mean everything I say on the intro about you. You really make time for others and that is very rare in the real world, especially where I come from when everyone is just obsessed with making a living..:D. Do translate your profile :) English is not my native language too but we speak it much better than Mandarin over here :). I have tried google translate on some sites and although I can make out what people are trying to say, the translation is really inelegant and cannot convey emotions.

Oh Kiva, thanks for popping by! Your food will have pride of place at my palace too, in perpetuity right where Sumaiya's dolls will enjoy.

Oh they are gorgeous! I have seen them before in Sumaiya's blog too, I had a peek there some weeks ago. I love Maya's hair, and their faces and dresses are so beautiful, you must have been so delighted when you received them!

Yes, Helene. Maya is my most beautiful doll. It invariably draws breath when I show it to anyone.
