Day 394-396-Sacks Of Seedlings On The Sill

Sacks of seedlings on the sill,
So fresh, so young, so pretty still.
I water, I feed and I turn you around
I even talk to you and make cute sounds.

Oh, sacks of seedlings on the sill,
I'll do my darndest not to make you ill.
No bugs, over water or too much light
But terrible brown thumbs are hard to fight!

That ditty was something I made up and sang over and over again as I was planting the seedlings into little colourful sacks. Each sack was painted according to the colour the seedling in it will bloom into. Until I started gardening at the abandoned house, I really did have brown fingers. I figured if the seedlings don't survive, at least I'd still have those colourful sacks.

But I think we all know the seedlings will never die.

Well, if they sprout and Grow and Flower as Splendidly as a bunch I Received recently...!!!:):) then they will be Glorious plants for Sure! Your "prayer of Care" for the baby seedlings is Perfect and Beautiful... and Just what they need to get a good start in life!! Even if it is a Mini life and a certain amount of "Frozen-in-time" allows for the Imagination to work Wonders... I am convinced they will thrive! And the beautiful Rainbow of colors they will bring to the Garden.... that Garden of Dreams we all Love so well.... it will be the Rainbow brought to earth for sure!!!
Beautiful!

Hello Dear! How are you?
I read from the paper about the things you wrote in your last post. I hope circumstances are better now.
Thank you again for showing us your beautiful photos. Your colour world is adorable. I know I know I have said that before but can't help myself. Beautiful work! ♥ Surely your plants will grow up successfully.
Hugs, piikko

How could the seedlings not grow into beautiful, colourful blooming plants with these wonderful nursery rhymes in their seedlinghood... with the most lovliest and magical caretaker - and a clear vision: The colour of the sack has to become the colour of the blossom! ;O)

Le tue scene sono sempre molto belle e accompagnate da altrettante belle parole. Mi piace l'idea dei sacchi del colore delle piantine che nasceranno. Un abbraccio, Manu

Of course the sidlings will grow and bloom. Singing to them is what does the trick. I love the colors and the photos are superb as usual.

Ewalina, speaking of orchids, I may create a little orchid corner for this place. Or maybe another abandoned shed :). I just found something from the dump outside my house :) which I may use to expand this project. O dear, so many ideas and simply not even attention to my minis.

This is truly the best part of creating; when your friends LOVE it too :):). Thank you, my dear friend :).

Thank you Bets, for attributing such pretty allegories to my humble sacks of seedlings :). What a glorious honour it is that they are compared to a garden of rainbow dreams :)!

Isn't it wonderful how with proper care and control, our mini gardens will never die ? :) I love these seedlings. They hold so much promises, don't they? :)

Hi Sans! Those little sacks are as colourful as the little house that shelters them. The seeds you have planted will surely bloom and spread joy into the hearts of all those who peek through the window and feast their eyes upon them. In turn, the old man's heart will be filled with joy!

Hello Dear Sans! Everything in your Abandoned House is poetry in Motion! There is nothing Abandoned about it. It is occupied with the warmth of your love and tender care and the magical mystery that you bring to it in every little detail, from colored sack with seedlings to a converted chair made to serve a different purpose. Forgotten and cast aside, once, maybe, but Now full of color and life and LOVE!
